On May 23, staff and friends gathered at the Hotel Kabuki to celebrate the inaugural Excellence in Education Awards! Attendees enjoyed performances from program participants, speeches from award winners, and more.
Thank you to the College Access staff and the Planning Committee for helping put this event together! We look forward to holding this again next year and continuing to spread the word about the amazing work that the JCYC College Access Programs does.
The JCYC College Access Programs have been connecting historically underserved youth from local public schools throughout San Francisco and Daly City with free, comprehensive, culturally competent college access services since 1979. Programs include Educational Talent Search (ETS), Upward Bound (UB), and San Francisco California Student Opportunity and Access Program (SF Cal-SOAP).
